We have the capability to undertake a wide variety of Groundworks which include, (but are not limited to):-

• Formation of all types of road and pavement construction to carriageways, footpaths, car parks, parking bays and bus stops;
• Installation of foul and surface water main line sewers with associated manholes and outfalls;
• Construction of SUDS ponds with all necessary head walls and ancillaries;
• Installation of internal house drainage and associated disconnecting manholes;
• Services works for installation of water, gas, electricity and BT services together with all associated ducting;
• Construction of ground floor slabs in both ground-bearing or suspended slab designs;
• Construction of house foundations including standard strip foundations, deep underbuild, trench fill and piling platforms;
• Earth moving / cut and fill work including all necessary soil importation or export;
• Installation of street lighting including all necessary ducting and cabling;
• Construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls;
• Installation of all hard landscaping including remote footpaths, cycle tracks, play areas and similar;
• Installation of driveways and footpaths in block paving, tar or precast concrete slabs
• Preparation of open areas in preparation of planting (by others)
• All fencing works
